Jude's ideal home

Jude can live with children of high school age and will need to be the only pet at home for now. He is house trained but will use a puppy pad at night. He is not used to being left by himself and will need someone there almost constantly initially.

Cheeky-faced Jude is only a year old but he's quite a nervous and shy boy. He's a curious kid who likes to explore and sometimes feels brave enough to face new situations, even though he is easily spooked. He'd appreciate a go-slow approach from his new family, and to be allowed plenty time to settle into his new life. Jude is worried by other dogs, especially ones that are barking and he will sometimes lunge towards them. If introduced in a controlled manner, he is able to politely sniff a potential new friend and would benefit from some well chosen, calm friends for walks that he's comfortable with.
