What is a Direct Marketing Campaign advert boost?
A Direct Marketing Campaign is a very effective way to generate more views and enquiries from potential buyers. We will send a direct message to your chosen number of matching users on your behalf, including all of your advert details.
When will the messages be sent?
To avoid spamming our users, messages are queued for delivery and will be sent in batches at the next available slot(s). All messages will usually be sent within 24 hours.
Why does the number of sent messages not exactly match what I asked for?
In the time between queuing the messages to send and actually sending the messages, users may decide to remove their account or update their messaging preferences to stop receiving notifications from us. In this case, some of the messages queued to be sent may fail to deliver. The actual number of delivered messages is usually no more than +/- 1% of the requested number. If you feel that your boosts actual delivered messages is too low, please Contact us and we will do everything we can to rectify this.
How often can I use this boost?
To avoid spamming our users, this boost can only be used once every 7 days for each advert.
My campaign is 'Pending', what does this mean?
A status of 'Pending' means we have queued your notifications for delivery, but they have not yet all been sent.
